MaxSim Simulator by Adacel Technologies
« on: March 25, 2025, 21:56:18 UTC »
Hello LiveATC.net, I am a undergraduate student from the University Of Southern Mississippi. Me and a team of 3 other people have been tasked with assessing the ATC training simulator MaxSim by Adacel Technologies for our sponsor at Seymour Johnson AFB in NC. This class is sponsored by the Department of Defense and works to create real world solutions for real world problems.

So far, we’ve connected with several universities across the country, a few Air Force bases, and representatives at Adacel Technologies themselves. Our goal is to gather insights and experiences—both successes and challenges—with the MaxSim software, ultimately to recommend improvements that benefit the FAA, Air Force Bases, and educational institutions.

If you have any familiarity with MaxSim or would be willing to share your perspectives, we would greatly appreciate your help. For this course, we aim to complete at least ten interviews every Wednesday, so any input is invaluable. Please feel free to reply here or contact me directly if you’d be open to speaking with us.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to learning from the LiveATC.net community.
