Dublin new runway 28R opening
« on: August 24, 2022, 07:17:32 AM »
DUBs new runway 28R/10L goes fully operational tomorrow (there was a ceremony today and one departure although the rest are using 28L). Can I ask if one of the 2 "Dublin Tower" feeds will be updated with the new tower frequency which I presume will be applied in view of a parallel runway being added? At present both feeds are linked to the same frequency 118.60.

Incidentally the Tower#1 feed is about 20 secs delayed behind real time whilst Tower#2 is closer to real time but is rather faint.

Thanks. I see Tower#2 has also now been updated with the new frequency for 28R/10L. Think I'll take a drive down tomorrow and see it in operation and get your mobile app downloaded too.
