Title: Lufthansa Flgt 429 diverting to Boston/Logan - ?? Unknown problem

A Lufthansa Flight 429, enroute from Charlotte/Douglas Airport in US to Munich, Germany has turned around just off the Newfoundland Coast and is returning reportedly to Boston.  Ambulances and police are standing by at Moncton, New Brunswick Airport, but aircraft is indicating it will divert to Boston.  Aircraft currently over the Gulf of St. Lawrence just north of PEI and proceeding toward Boston.  Operating on 133.550 mhz

Appears to be some sort of medical emergency...but more than 1 patient ???  Operating on 127.120 in Moncton Centre's airspace.

Diverted due to severe turbulence causing multiple injuries

Also a Jetblue flight as well from Puerto Rico.

Reported as Severe Turb.

JetBlue encountered it's turbulence further south...see graphic in the AvHerald article. Lufthansa 429 was 200nm north of Gander, while JetBlue 852 was 420nm north of San Juan. Coincidence they both wound up at KBOS.
