lrop tower /approach

Sometimes between  LROP Tower/Approach-airplanes messages  I can hear a man voice who says in romanian something like :I'm on 132  pass to 122,56 in romanian"sunt pe 132 trec pe 122.56".Does anybody knows what is he doing?
