Hello I solo'd around 1:12pm today Boston time at KOWD. I'm looking for the audio to download and record it. It would have been around 19:00 zulu at KOWD Norwood MA? Thank You
-
It should be in the archives then, some kind soul might help you out though, but they'd need to know your tailnumber or it'll be tricky to find :)
-
I wouldn't mind helping, I do the same for my solos. but I do need the tail number,
-
Thank you for your time
Tail number would be. CESSNA 172SJ. Aka cessna 172 Sierra Juliet

I found some of it from 2/05/2013 the 1730z-1800z but. The 1800z+is only 15 minutes long and I'm on there too. And I can't here any ground talk which is 121.8. They actually used my name because I had been in the tower for a few hours the week before.

Here ya go! all nice and polished. Gotta say though to Texan ya'll yankees sure sound funny! :-P

BLS, if you want to do this yourself in the future, I used Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) to clip the audio. It's easy to use and free!

I wish I had done this. By the time I thought of it it was too late and was no longer archived.
It's a great feeling, isn't it?!
I also did my first solo in N172SJ...I have a special affinity for that plane.

Any recording of a first solo flight that does not end with "This is it", "I love you, mama" or "sound of impact" is a good one.
