LiveATC mentioned on Ask The Captain

ATCMonitor.com (http://www.atcmonitor.com) was also mentioned.  They now have Atlanta TRACON online (final approach sector) and Atlanta Tower, in addition to the Atlanta Center sector that runs the MACEY STAR (arrival).

NOTE: You need to be using Internet Explorer and only PC's with Windows Media Player are supported.  To listen to the TRACON or Tower you need to register on the site.

That's a cool article.  I noticed they mentioned ATC Monitor too.  I dropped by the site, and ouch.  I can really appreciate the simplicity of this LiveATC site.  It's so busy/cluttered over there, compared to the simpler and neat design of this site.

Anyways, cool article... I learned something new today (S-turns/maneuver)!

/particularly bitter today as I've wasted several hours figuring out IE-specific CSS hacks to make my site display properly on that POS browser...
