Yes
What works for me is: go to the archive page, select stream, date and time; click submit and download the mp3 file.

Here's a pictorial tutorial, courtesy of SnagIt and ImageShack (entire tutorial took me three minutes to create - typing it up took a bit longer :) ):

1)  Click the ARCHIVE link on the left:

2)  Choose the date in which you are interested.  (see note below about date and times)

3) and 4)  Click the dropdown and choose the feed in which you are interested:

5), 6), and 7)   Click the time dropdown, choose the time, and then click the SUBMIT button (see Note about time below):

8 ) and 9)  If Internet Explorer is your browser, then right click on the LISTEN button and choose the "Save Target As" menu option:

8 ) and 9)  If FireFox is your browser, then right click on the LISTEN button and choose the "Save Link As" menu option:

If you use a Mac or another browser, we will have to wait for someone else to correct this instruction as I don't know.

10) When the File Dialog appears, save the file to a location that you can find after:

11)  Once the file saves, use Windows Explorer to navigate your way to where the file was saved, and then doubleclick on the file to launch it in your registered MP3 player software.

Note:  Archives, like all of aviation, uses Greenwich Mean Time, or what is also called ZULU time, not local time.  This means that to convert a feed's local time to GMT you need to know how many hours to add to or subtract from GMT.  For example, the Syracuse, NY, airport is in the US Eastern Time Zone and is 5 hours behind GMT when we are not on daylight savings time, so for me to convert this local time to GMT (or ZULU time) I add 5 hours to my military time to get GMT.

Example
4:30 pm is 1630 military, so add 5 hours to this to get 2130 for GMT/Zulu time.  2130 is the time I would use when looking through the list of times in the archives.  Also note that if your local time plus its GMT correction results in a time greater than 24 hours, use the next day's date, like so:

Date and local time I want to listen to a clip is:  Jan 18, 2008 at 8:30pm local (Eastern US time).  Convert time to military time now becomes 2030 and then add GMT correction it now becomes 2530.  Whoops, there is no 2530 so this becomes 0130 of Jan 19, 2008.  That is the date and time I use when looking in the archive.

For US airports, you can use http://airnav.com/airports/ to get the local to GMT conversion.  Look on the right side of page of the airport you retrieve , perhaps half way down or so, under the "Sunrise/Sunset" box on the right there.
