KJFK Gnd/Twr today

I haven't listened to this feed for some time.
Is it normal to hear multiple controllers simultaneously or is it just a glitch?

It's a stereo feed - Ground is on one side and Tower on another.  So yes, normal.

If you want to listen to one or the other, tune to those individual feeds (Ground or Tower).
