Not sure, but seeing that the Cactus callsign will cease at 0700Z on April 8th, it would have to be a redeye flight or a flight headed overseas to Europe, and probably from the west coast.
0700Z = 12 midnight PDT.
the bigger question is that if it departs prior to that time, will the callsign be changed en route?

AWE774, LHR-PHL, appears to be the last "Cactus".
http://flightaware.com/live/flight/AWE774
Flightaware shows the routing via TAFFY however Flight Explorer (more accurate) shows them going direct TOPPS.
Good LiveATC coverage on that route via TOPPS.LFV.J174.HTO.J121.BRIGS.JIIMS2 into PHL. Should hear them on the following frequencies (all covered on LiveATC).
134.950 Boston
133.450 Boston or 126.225 Boston (on a direct routing)
128.750 Boston
124.525 Boston
128.300 New York
127.700 Washington
After that I believe they handoff to Philadephia approach on 126.600 (doesn't appear to be covered on LiveATC), but there is coverage of the final approach frequencies and Tower and Ground. ETA PHL at 1501 UTC (1101 EDT).

Just came up on 126.225 using "Cactus", controller asked if their callsign should not be "American", pilot replied we're the last "Cactus". At 14:06 UTC if someone is looking for it on the archive.

Ron, you're 128.300/127.700 feed seems to have dropped offline just after the flight checked on ?
Should be able to hear them (at least the controller, aircraft reception seems week or on a different freqency) next on the "KPHL App (S. Arrival)" feed.
-
Just checked on the KPHL App (S. Arrival) feed at 14:53 UTC. Controller only at this point.
-
Yea I kno, my router is giving me all kinds of trouble...AWE774 is now on KPHL Appr 133.875

Just checked on PHL FINAL

PHL TWR

Slightly uneventful

Ramp Control at 15:12 UTC. Controller calls the flight "American", pilot corrects her "we're the last Cactus". End of an era.
-
So long "CACTUS"...
-
I've heard this quite a few times today from controllers:
Cactus...correction, American xxx
I guess it'll take a little bit to get used to saying American instead of Cactus...

You'd actually think otherwise for this.
the previous confusion was that during the AWE/USA merger, both AWE and USA were still using both Cactus and US Air callsigns with their flights, and didn't standardize on a single ICAO code for the airline after the SOC was obtained.
In this case, AAL was always separate, just as AWE was always separate. Unless they make the same mistake that AWE/USA did, they should all be filing under the AAL ICAO code..
