The feed with all the frequencies for STL was "up", but I noticed there were fewer listeners than the older feed, so I checked the scanner -- it looks like the 121.65 frequency was stuck due to a squelch issue, so I've got it temporarily locked out, and all other frequencies are up and running fine.
