28L has been closed for construction, so all arrivals are landing 28R. Been a busy time to listen in.

Actually it sounds less busy than normal to me.
Arrivals rate is limited.

Hmm maybe I just happened to listen in at a heavy time last night. They had a few departures shutting down for 1-2 hour delays and line of stacked arrivals with a few holds.

I didn't catch that indeed.

What i meant was: The tower and approach chatter is usually more when the rate is higher.

But there are delays, so in that sense it's busy ;)
