Title: KSAN DEPARTURE FEED FLOW

Would anyone in the SW California area know what is the frequency that San Diego Departure 119.6 hands off first to going NW toward the KSFO/KSEA area ?

Not sure I fully understand your question, but aircraft departing KSAN to the northwest are most commonly on the Peble4 departure, and handed off to SOCAL TRACON, San Diego area- West sector on 119.6.

For flights northwest out of SAN:  119.6 (SOCAL) hands off to LA Center (132.85).  At ~ FL180, handoff to LA Center (119.95).  Further north (for routes over San Marcos - RZS), handoff to LA Center (126.525).
