Since multiple radios are being used, have you tried Albuquerque Center, too?  Looks like three tiers there to the northeast of KPRC: 124.5 low, 128.45 mid-high and 135.325 ultra-high (see Radio Reference).  Appears that the site is at 7,500 feet on a mountain.

Same site as the TRACON transmitter, I believe.  It's on the enhancement list to add at some point in the next month or two.
