Title: KPBI feeds not working

The KPBI feeds are down. I have tried them a few times over the last couple of months and the feeds are always down. Are they down for a particular reason (POTUS visits) or is there a system issue?

Transient internet issues at that location. POTUS visits are never a reason for feeds to go down.
