KORD South Tower Feed

Are there issues with the KORD South Tower Feed?  The tower transmissions contain a lot of static or not heard at all.  Aircraft on the ground sound better than the tower controller transmissions.  Isn't this feed hosted near KORD at Aviation Universe?

There could be a problem with the South Tower transmitter or there could be other interference causing issues.  The transmitters at ORD are scattered on different parts of the airport.

The issue of only hearing aircraft and not the tower on the KORD South Tower feed has returned.  It was fine earlier in the morning.
