Is it possible to monitor the communication of a specific flight while in flight?

Not using LiveATC.  Coverage is provided by a network of volunteers operating specific ground based receivers, and very little of the total airband frequencies in use are covered.

There is a product available that will monitor the flight one is travelling on.

Black Boc Mk 2 Passive Vhf airband receiver.
