KMCO App (Disney Sector)

I looks like this channel is tuned to the high altitude frequency instead of 119.4 When I tune in, it’s silent for long periods of time with an ocasional transmission that doesn’t appear to correspond to low altitudes in this area. I fly in this sector and never find my transmissions on the archives of this channel. Can anybody confirm what’s the right frequency here? Thanks
