KHSV: 2 feeds, only 1 works

There are two separate feeds listed for KHSV. However, I only ever get audio on the second one. I've tried with the WP8 app, Windows 8.1, and Mac OS X, the latter two both using the browser and MP3 versions, and I never get any audio from the first one listed. However, it always seems to show more listeners than the second feed.
