Correct me if I am wrong but when the coordinates are typed in are they supposed to be checked by the other pilot?
Also to fly on international flights are you to have a good understanding of English as this is the the most used language in this industry?
I blame the airline for allowing these pilots to fly and should be fined heavily for doing so.If they collied over London not only the people in the air would have died but also alot of people on the ground would have perished as well.
The thought of it sends shiver up my spine
