Title: KFWS Archive Feeds are Abbreviated

KFWS Archive Feeds - What should be a 30-minute segment, downloads as 5 - 7 minutes.  They're being truncated for some reason.

There have been connectivity issues with the KFWS feed.  We operate this one remotely and have been trying to debug the apparent local network issue that is causing this.  This, of course, causes archives to be truncated.
