And here you go.  Stupid question of the day.

So I don't see KFUL (Fullerton, CA)on the list of monitored airports.  Is there a reason for that outside of simply nobody has put up a station and started a feed?

If one were started, I assume the Tower frequency would be the first priority over the Ground frequency.  Correct?
