Title: KDCA Feed Problem

When I listen to KDCA tower or tower/approach I don't hear the tower, just the pilot.

I checked out KDCA Tower/Approach, you are right, you can only hear the aircraft when they're in the air.  More than likely it's because the Tower/Approach feed site is not located close enough to the airport to hear the controllers.  But I just checked the dedicated KDCA Tower feed and I can hear the tower controllers just fine on that feed...
