KCHO over-deviated & distortion
« on: February 29, 2020, 14:30:53 UTC »
Glad to see KCHO back but not really usable because of the over deviation and distortion. HTML 5 feed seems delayed several minutes.

Dave - we have a YAGI now on 124.5 - getting aircraft and tower much better now but still loose aircraft on the ground due to our distance. We seem to be getting more aircraft than the current feed. I can't get ground 121.9 usable at all. Potomac 132.85 is loud and clear and will get even better when we move it to the better antenna that was used for 124.5 before the yagi. I have a couple new RasbPi 3B and 4B and will start to move to the linux platform as you suggested. Almost all new work is coming in on 400Max with type N but some still SO239 connectors.

Thanks Dave! Your assistance was superb we now have a KCHO twr/app feed up and i understand better how to prepare for multiple SDR dongles and multiple antennas. More to come...
