It shows it's up. But there's no sound. What's going on?

I tried it, I just heard buzzing but I think that was because no controllers were talking at the minute...

Nah, I have kept it on in the last 3 days. Once in a while, some kind of radio commercial jumped out. Other than that, there's nothing. Not sure what's going on there...
