Title: KBOS GND is too disturbed?

The feed for KBOS GND is disturbed to the point that it is difficult to listen to any transmission without having a very heavy and overpoweringly loud static noise background.
Is it like this at all times, or is it something sporadic?

There is a squelch issue on that receiver which may require receiver replacement. We will investigate further. Thanks for the report.
