Kbjc problem????
« on: November 21, 2008, 03:37:31 UTC »
I have been trying for several days now to listen to the kbjc feed.  That is my home airport where I am receiving helicopter flight training.  I have been listening to a lot of the other feeds offered and they all seem to be working fine.  kbjc seems to be the only one that i cannot hear.  The only thing that is wrong is that there is no sound even though its connected buffered and i receive the metar info.  I have mostly been using winamp to listen but have tried WMP, Itunes, and Realplayer as well with all the same results.

Can someone HELP?????

I'm listening to the feed now, but it seems like its a very quiet feed. (not a lot of traffic)

I'm using this http://alt.liveatc.net/kbjc in WMP to listen.

hmmm.  Thats the same url i have been using.  I have been listening for a little bit today but all i hear is what sounds like someone keying their mike over and over.

The strange thing is that this is not a very quiet airport most of the time while flying there I have trouble even having a break in the chatter to make calls to the tower. A lot of training aircraft all the time.  I wonder if this is a feed of 188.6(tower) or their secondary frequency for when they are busy.
