CNN has Live video of the landing...I assume it will look like any other landing. Rest in Peace to the Captain and condolences to his family, co-workers, and friends.

Crazy.
I'd love to hear the ATC from this incident, I'm very curious how it was dealt with.
Very sad. :(

More of the same here...just from another isp:

To be honest, he died doing what he loved. The article said he had worked for COA for 32 years. I can think of many worse ways to die! R.I.P. Captain.

I was a friend of Craig's for 35 years, we useto take planes from where we worked as lineboys at Santa Monica Field. He was not only a great pilot then, but one of the nicest guys you'd ever meet. He was always at my wifes and my house. I named my last son after him.
I will definately miss ya Craig, you will always be remembered by me and my family .
Ron,Davida, Staci,Shawn,Dana,Shayna and Craig
I'm still having trouble accepting this, to all who have given their condolonces on this forum, I know Craig would be very humbled by it.
RIP

P.S. To the other poster who asked - no, no ATC recordings.
