Seemed to had a lot of route problems at JFK, still new to this, anyone know what was going on?
edit: something with a Robynsville?

The OIS page says they're on a SWAP right now. So it isn't necessarily problems that they're having, just reroutes. New York Approach and Center close arrival and departure corridors, and sometimes the SWAP program breaks down a bit.
There's a newer style rerouting program out there that I have seen a couple of times. I heard ORD giving goofy route clearances once. The name of the program escapes me at this point though

ah. I see.
Also I just switched from ground to tower, and I finally heard the word "weather".
