Title: JFK: 118+ listeners

As of 04:58 zulu on Monday, there are at least 118 listeners to JFK, which I'm assuming recently opened.  Aircraft are asking about runways ana are being told 31R is closed due to an "incident".

Absolutely horrendous conditions on the ground, aircraft sitting on the taxiways waiting for 31R.

Does JFK have any webcams. I know Philadelphia has a couple.
