The "interesting recordings" section isn't a "feed." The page scans the recordings forum for threads who's first post has an attached file, then takes the thread title and attachment and posts it to the recordings page. These files are more often then not mp3 files, not links you can paste into a streaming app.
At this time, I do not know of an app that will let you download MP3s to play on the phone other than through the iTunes Store, but one will probably exist if one does't already.
