I believe its real.  The illusion is more based on the angle of the photograph and location of the fence.  Its not quite as close as it looks...

I can understand perspective and I can see that that could be a illusion but look at the main landing gear and he looks like he would take a few cars out....also, he looks incredibly low in relation to the light poles....this is just some observations that I am stating...I could be very well be an illusion and the plane is a lot farther away then it looks which I could very well believe...just some thoughts...

EDIT: what about this picture? I don't think that this could be real though I could be corrected. I say this because maybe not all the pictures on FlightAware are real?
