interesting night at SFO

Some decent weather cells around KSFO tonight, some very big crosswinds on departure runways.

A few delays seem to be taking place.

Yeah, pretty unusual.  I have been very close to the airport for the last couple of days and it was pretty intense last night.

ya i was listening into the feed and they were reporting winds 33kts at 180 gusting to 45. I would expect the small turboprops like the EMB120s to taxi out to the 19s but they were taking off on the 10s even in those winds.
