Incident in New York Oceanic Airspace ?

On May 22nd at 2257 UTC New York ARINC put out an Advisory on 8846 kHz about an aircraft reporting another aircraft hitting a "small linear object" in the vicinity of the NOSID intersection.

I have not been able to find any further information on what aircraft reported this or what aircraft was possibly hit ?
