I was driving along the I-5 freeway in California today, and as I passed the Harris Ranch airstrip (3O8) I saw a small plane, just south of the runway, propeller-down into the dirt. There was a truck next to it, and what looked like an enormous parachute covering much of the plane and the ground around it. I googled it but couldn't find anything. Anyone know?
