Title: Improved Audio Quality & Coverage YMML-YMMB-YMEN Feed
Post by: SQWK7700 on July 31, 2011, 08:21:19 PM
Gidday all. I have repaired a fault with my trusty AOR3000A which I am now using as the receiver for this feed replacing an old hand held scanner. You should find the audio significantly better and this is a far more sensitive receiver giving a better coverage. Enjoy!!.

Hi Darrin,
am I right thinking yours is the feed for Melb, Essendon and Moorabin? If so, great job. I listen frequently.

I don't understand how you manage to get all three locations in the one feed. I have a scanner but can only listen locally (presently YWBL). Can you tell me if there is any way I can isolate just the Moorabin frequency on the liveATC website? If there was interest from other student pilots such as myself, would that sort of thing me possible to setup?. I would like to listen just to Moorabin traffic on one URL, for example. Or just Essendon, on another URL.

Cheers, and many thanks.
