Home made scanner integrated with a PC

Hi there,

I was wondering if it possible, building a VHR receiver one like this, and than integrating it with a PC so you can change the freq and so on...

Is it possible? And can someone give me a tutorial of bulding such receiver?

Goto Radiocrap and buy a 99$ scanner
you'll be able to see the channels freq your on and also recieve other bands
like police and fire,ham,marine,noaa weather ,railroads,etc
radio reference dot com has all the channels you'll need
