Title: HF Feeds Atlantic Oceanic Info
Post by: victorash on August 18, 2007, 06:59:37 AM

Just a question about the HF Feed  Atlantic Oceanic, Receiver location: Central MA  Ok this may be a dumb question but where is Central MA. Also wondering what would be some of the main Destinations and Origins of planes using that Frequency, and is there a best time to be listening.

Thanks for any help

The feed site is located near Sterling, MA (central Massachusetts).

Most traffic in the area is transatlantic flights between Europe and the USA. I don't listen the feed that much, but there should be broad peaks around 4-6 AM UTC with eastbound traffic and 4-6 PM UTC with westbound traffic.
