CYOW - video game-like noises

What's up with the CYOW feed?  Sounds like a video game intermixed with the ATC. 

Either that, or the controllers are mighty relaxed about all the explosions.....

I noticed this the other day. In fact, I was listening when it started up (at least, at that point). After about an hour of listening without interruption it went all static and started beeping a bit. Then it sounded like a video game was loading up, and now it sounds like someone is playing Street Fighter or something.

Weird.

Something wrong with the YOW feed? It starts up and everything, but it's been silent for a few days now.
