help to provide new feeds

hello everyone i want to add a new receiver in reunion island but i have some question about it. does it exist some kind of little receiver box i will plug it on my internet box to feed live atc anytime..?? or i'm obliged to buy a P.C?

is it possible to contact the mauritians live atc providers? (i need some help of configuration)
