How do you get Frequencies for Airline Ops for MKE? Any websites to go to. Please help me out.

You can run searches for info on the FCC's site at:

General Menu Reports System
http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/genmen/index.hts

Here is a search that should help, this is a 2 Mile RADIUS search of the area around the lat/long for MKE

That should give you what your looking for.
