Title: Future prevention of runway incursions

Some interesting technology in preventing incursions that the FAA, ICAO and Eurocontrol are looking into. Note that the ICAO is going to be starting it's "Action Plan for the Prevention of Runway Incursions" in early 06'. Atleast we know this "Action Plan" will happen since the FAA is not in charge. RSL sounds really cool.

Wow, that's interesting. It's one of those "Why didn't we think of this before" kind of ideas.
