For particular airports, www.airnav.com has accurate freqs.  Just go to the "Airport" section and type in the name or identifier.  For Class D airports, it'll give you ATIS/ASOS/ ground/tower/clearance if they have it and the air route traffic control frequency in the area of the airport.  For B and C airports, it will have ground/tower/clearance and the approach and departure frequencies for the airport.  For example... http://www.airnav.com/airport/KIND

As for Air Route Traffic Control frequencies, there's a link on the main page( www.liveatc.net ) that will give you a site for those.  They're not terribly accurate and not all the freqs are on there, but it definatly helps.

Airnav dosent seem to have the frequencies for Ramp Control. A few weeks ago when I was waiting for a flight at KSLC, I was scanning with my scanner and picked up Delta Ramp Control. Never found that on airnav.com. Do you guys know any sites that have those frequencies?

Airnav is GREAT for the aviation info from the DAFIF CD/DVD for the local aiport operations & airline operations you need to look these up via the FCC at:

General Menu Reports
http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/genmen/index.hts

Your best bet will be to take the lat/long from Airnav and plug into a lat/long radius search here:
http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/genmen/lat_long.hts

Do about a 2 mile radius should yield you all the info you need for the local airport operations.
