did anyone hear the Kid on the Radio Last Night?

last Night  There was a Young Kid playing On the Radio In are Area Around  Riverside County Not sure  How far he was though i was picking him up on my  BCT8  Scanner  Talking  Using Avation Band Radio on and off for about an Hour
