Hello,
While I have been monitoring ATC comms for almost 20 years now I have never really investigated running a live-feed. I guess what I would like to know is the following:
1) What software needed?
2) Is a standard soundcard good enough? I have several systems with mostly integrated SC's
3) How much bandwidth is used? Will it interfere with my day to day work? I have a 3mb DSL line running at 1745 Down/400 up
Thnks

1) We use STWin (free with special LiveATC.net mods to make it easier to configure). However, you can use any software that will feed an Ivecast version 2 server.
2) Standard sound card is fine.
3) Each feed uses only 16kb/s. You won't even notice that on your DSL line.

Hello,
where can STWIN be downloaded..???

I distribute the version of StWin that we use here on LiveATC.net. Each copy comes with a custom configuration depending on what you are feeding.
Contact me via email if you want to host a feed.
Right now I am backed up at least a few days on answering email due to other commitments.
