Looks like i better get a back up generator and a UPS here before Dave finds out!
   Looking at that chart i have a few more quick questions. What is I-BNQ ? KATEC ? PLAZZ? I have heard the controllers mention Plazz before.

We've already sent the authorities out there to investigate.  Too late!  :-)

I-BNQ is the designator for the Rwy 32 localizer signal (109.95 MHz).
PLAZZ is a nearby NDB (204 kHz, Morse ID = GB).
KATEC is a fix near the Rwy 32 localizer course (about 11 miles +/- from the field).
