FAA Medical Qualifications

I was wondering if anyone knew where i could find the medical qualifications for the FAA for ATC.  Im currently in the Air Force working as a Tower controller but recently got diagnosed with Crohns/Ulcerative Colitis and in the process of being medically discharged.   Any information could help!! Thanks!!

For the FAA, keep in mind - that just like the AF reserves, for every regulation there is an equal and opposite waiver.

For you it will be called a SODA - statement of demonstrated ability.
