Title: FAA Digital ATIS Voice

Does anyone out there have a text-to-speech program that reads in the same voice as FAA D-ATIS?

That voice, I believe, is called DecTalk. If you go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8pewe2gPDk4 they have samples of all the voices available, and I think the one that's used on the ATIS's is named Huge Harry. If you do a Google on Dectalk voices, you'll find more info about them that way.
