Something new about Moscow or Dubai?

Would like to know if there is happening something in near future
about these scheduled tuners...thanks!
And if there is coming up something like tuners in Spain.

I don't know whether Spanish law allows reception and redistribution of ATC communications; but if it does, the trick is to find a volunteer within range of an airport to host a feed. See http://www.liveatc.net/forums/index.php/topic,1000.0.html for what it takes.
