Aircraft going to J60 and J64 get "wrapped" around the TRACON. This enables more efficient climbs and reduces airspace constraints and complexity in ZNY39/55 by aligning JFK departures with new westgates It's called the DEEZZ1 Departure,

These aircraft used to be sent over RBV, this will reduce the demand over RBV.

They also started the WHITE/WAVEY shuffle during peak JFK departure periods meaning aircraft filed out of JFK/FRG over WAVEY will be assigned WHITE and aircraft off LGA/HPN filed over WHITE will be assigned WAVEY.

NEWEL will be the new west gate for aircraft filed on J60/J64 and was named after ELIOT (hence "New Elliot" or "Newel").

NEWEL is only accessible from EWR, LGA, and their sats. NEWEL is not accessible from JFK/FRG. To get to J60 from JFK/FRG it's DEEZZ1.CANDR.J60, and to get to J64 it's DEEZZ1.CANDR.J60.DANNR..RAV.J64.

Correct. NEWEL is on J60, 10nm past CANDR.

Nope. The WAVEY Shuffle hasn't been used for months & is no longer to be used.
