Hi I noticed the last few times I listened to the stream mentioned in the title that when there is audio transmitted on the steam it is blocked out by static and is impossible to hear what is being said

I listened in to this feed for a short time and it's possible that the radios for this feed are not located right on the airport.  Unfortunately, with ground stations you don't have to go too far away from the transmitter site before the signal strength at the receiver site is affected.  Sometimes it takes only a few miles.  Just heard BAW1 check in with the tower and it could be heard loud and clear.  The tower signal was weak and low but it did break squelch.  True, there seems to be some background static but it almost sounds electrical in nature.  There's no way to know what is causing this without knowing more about the environment around the receiver site.
